Kirigami: Wave or Shark Fin?

WAVE? or SHARK FIN?

Been practicing some Kirigami…
What’s Kirigami, you ask? It’s like Origami, where you fold paper, but unlike Origami, it involves intricate cuts as well. It gives a 3d ‘pop-up’ effect. I’ve worked on some kiddie friendly types that I call “Paper Cuts” (exploring the limits & versatility Paper, btw, it’s actually cooler than it sounds! See upcoming posts)

I personally love exploring the more architectural, industrial and geometric types.

Since I love pop-up books and cards (I’ve collected many from my travels in ‘awe’ of “I’ll never be able to do that” type of wonder), it only makes sense I would give this a try now!
